Hip Hop Cardio

Tessa’s class is a high cardio hip hop class. Using music from popular hip hop and pop genres, her dances are meant to make you feel like you are performing on stage, or dancing in a fun music video – whatever gets you excited! The difficulty is slightly more advanced and faster but the moves are repetitive and easy to learn after a few tries. Tessa hopes you modify her moves if you need to, to make them suit your body or dance style. Tessa’s main focuses for her class are to have fun, sweat A LOT, build confidence in your body, and make friends along the way!
