This high rep, low or no weight class uses core-centric, elongating Pilates and ballet barre movements to chisel the abs, sculpt and tone the legs and arms, and lift and tighten the buttocks. Power Barre develops whole body strength, balance and flexibility, making it ideal for teens and adults of all fitness levels.
