Yoga for Everybody

Sherry leads a mindful practice of stretching, strengthening and moving while connecting our body and breath through every posture. Individual attention is given to support postures and safety throughout the class so each person may feel the benefits of yoga both inside and out. Most importantly, yoga should be fun. Class is always creative and as challenging as you choose to make it. Sherry gives and demonstrates modifications for everyone to make any pose fit their body perfectly.
