Boxing Fundamentals

Fundamentals of striking and movement combined with intense cardio conditioning. The class will have segments of a dynamic warmup, bodyweight conditioning, focused instruction, drills, and cooldown stretching. This explosive workout will break a sweat, clear your lungs, and knock out calories. Functional benefits are improved total-body power & strength, mobility & flexibility, coordination, and reactivity.
