Circuit & Strength Gold

This class is specifically created for Active Older Adults
 
We incorporate a variety of cardio, strength and toning exercises.  Alternating between strength and cardio as well as incorporating strength with cardio.
 
We use weights, balls, bands, glides and our own body weight.  I make sure I change up the class so it's not routine and I give plenty of options for people that are working at different levels.  I am extremely focused on form for safety and positive results.  The most important part of class is that we have fun!
