Core Cycle

Having a strong core is an important part of cycling. In Core Cycle we get your heart pumping and calories burned with a 50 minute high energy, no holds barred cycling class set to music that is a party with your pedals. A serious sweat session, this class will push your limits, but the bike is yours so you decide how far you want to go! This high intense class is followed by 15 minutes focused on building your core strength including your abs, lower back, hip flexors and butt.
