C3 Cycle Core & Conditioning

Having a strong core is an important part of cycling. In Core Cycle we get your heart pumping and calories burned with 50-minute high energy, no holds barred cycling class set to music that is a party with your pedals. A serious sweat session, this class will push your limits, but the bike is yours so you decide how far you want to go! This high-intensity class is followed by 15 minutes focused on building your core strength including your abs, lower back, hip flexors, and butt.
