The best cardio hip hop class in Seattle can be found at West Seattle Health Club. Tessa’s class is a high cardio hip hop class. Using music from popular hip hop and pop genres, her dances are meant to make you feel like you are performing on stage, or dancing in a fun music video – whatever gets you excited! The difficulty is slightly more advanced and faster but the moves are repetitive and easy to learn after a few tries. Tessa hopes you modify her moves if you need to, to make them suit your body or dance style.
