LYRICAL 1 7-12 yrs old

Beginning Lyrical will cover basic technique including center warm up, across the floor work and choreography. The class will center around strength building and maintaining posture. Focus will also be given to body awareness and acceptance, setting healthy goals and having FUN!

Class Sessions: January 4th-June 24th ($70/month)

Class Day and Time: Tuesdays 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Dress Code: Leotard or form fitted shirt with leggings or shorts and lyrical turners or bare feet. Hair should be pulled into a bun.
