Phase 2 Bootcamp

Old school gym class meets modern day interval training! Highly motivating coaching and fun team energy will get you through each strength/cardio combination class while the adrenaline and body-changing results will keep you coming back for more. High fives and belly bumps optional: water, towel and a ready-to-work attitude a must! Classes will be held outside during modified phase 1 Phase 2: classes held indoors, class size limited to 5, schedule online, no refunds for missed classes.
