Phase 2 HIIT Strength Class

This West Seattle HIIT workout (High Intensity Interval Strength Training) ,has short, intense strength training & cardio circuits with strategically placed rest periods to get the most out of this 45 minute workout.  A full body workout, targeting lower body and upper body with core work at the end. Classes will be held outside during modified phase 1 Phase 2: classes held indoors, class size limited to 5, schedule online, no refunds for missed classes.
