Phase 2 Strength & Conditioning

Using dumbbells, barbells, variety of pace and a focus on precise form, this safe and effective strength class helps improve bone density, muscle strength and joint integrity for a balanced, capable body for life! Classes will be held outside during modified phase 1 Phase 2: classes held indoors, class size limited to 5, schedule online, no refunds for missed classes.
