Phase 2 Total Body Conditioning

img_3150-770x400 This free-form, high-energy strength and conditioning class utilizes your own body weight, gravity, free weights, changes in pace and tempo, supersets, compound sets and more to improve overall strength, muscular endurance, and body composition.  Stay safe while learning excellent from and proper technique under the watchful guidance of a your certified training instructor. Open to all levels. Classes will be held outside during modified phase 1 Phase 2: classes held indoors, class size limited to 5, schedule online, no refunds for missed classes.
