Phase 2 Yoga Flow

IMG_1019-770x400 This stability-based practice begins with a progressive warm-up and sun salutation series followed by flowing and static postures including balances and inversions; increasing the flexibility, function and vitality of the overall body. Modifications are given throughout class making yoga flow perfectly suited for the beginning and very practiced yogis alike. Classes will be held outside during modified phase 1 - MAY BE BASIC YOGA CLASS Phase 2: classes held indoors, class size limited to 5, schedule online, no refunds for missed classes.
