Phase 2 Yoga

img_0838 This all around, all-levels-welcome yoga class focuses on blossoming essential yoga postures and breathing techniques while increasing your flexibility, strength, range of motion, enjoyment and overall confidence in yoga. Classes will be held outside during modified phase 1 Phase 2: classes held indoors, class size limited to 5, schedule online, no refunds for missed classes.
