TRX HIIT Challenge

We’ve paired TRX and HIIT into one powerful workout. We use TRX training straps to work your entire body in addition to a boot camp-style high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that consists of 40 seconds of movement and 20 seconds of rest.
