Yoga Flow

This stability-based practice begins with a progressive warm-up and sun salutation series followed by flowing and static postures including balances and inversions; increasing the flexibility, function and vitality of the overall body. Modifications are given throughout class making yoga flow perfectly suited for the beginning and very practiced yogis alike.
