Passion and Focus: I've helped clients ranging from 20's to 70's with unique goals and preferences; accomplish goals including: weight loss, strength gain, athletic performance, improving mobility/flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness, and more. I believe all fitness goals ranging from body composition, adding muscle, strengthening, improving endurance, moving better, fixing posture, etc. are accomplished by: 1) Educating the body to adopt optimal postural alignments and movement patterns to better resist forces of gravity and mass, and then 2) Challenging the body to produce force in various methods at various intensities testing various physiological systems.
I like to help others become more dynamic and capable overall by designing and implementing exercise programs and educating my clients with the practical knowledge and skills throughout for them to exercise with competence and confidence in the future. I Make exercise for them a "want" rather than a "need," an enriching component of life that alleviates rather than creates anxiety.
