I have been training for four years and have built a strong background in hypertrophy training. Now, I incorporate stability and functional movement into my expertise. I aspire to empower others on their fitness journey and make a lasting impact on their well-being.

Passion and Focus: As a rower for 6 years, weightlifting became something that was a part of my everyday life. From there, I explored the various ways to improve my health combining resistance training with endurance training. I love to train athletes or anyone desiring to improve their strength, power, and endurance. My philosophy is that any exercise can be enjoyable for anyone, and my goal is to make it exciting and fulfilling for you.

Passion and Focus: I am an enthusiastic and empathetic fitness trainer, eager to bring my holistic approach to the WSHC Training Team. With a diverse background in athletics, dance, aerial circus, and yoga, I have spent my life immersed in various movement disciplines. My passion for teaching helps individuals from all backgrounds and with varied goals discover the joy of fitness. My workouts are thoughtfully tailored to accommodate each client's unique needs and circumstances, focusing on rejuvenation and stress relief when necessary. I hope that my own bodybuilding competition goals serve as an inspiration to those I guide on their own transformative paths.

Passion and Focus: I am a Seattleite who grew up in an athletic household. I began lifting at the age of 13 and training others by the age of 17. I have a diverse range of training methods, specializing in tailored programming based on the NASM OPT model. I take a holistic approach to program design, recognizing the importance of a comprehensive training regimen that encompasses various aspects of fitness, such as body composition, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardiorespiratory endurance. I am devoted to empowering individuals to transform their lives through simple and effective wellness practices and firmly believe in guiding people to integrate fitness and wellness into their daily lives.
