Passion and Focus:
Zach comes from a family of avid bodybuilders and powerlifters. His passion for fitness stems from observing his relatives struggle with obesity and the resulting health issues related to lack of exercise. Zach knew from a very early age (11 years old) that he wanted to help people improve their health by providing them with the knowledge and tools to assist them with reaching their fitness goals and improve their health and welling.
Zach has been working as a full-time trainer here in the Seattle area for over 7 years. He has been employed here at the West Seattle Health Club for the past 4 years where he has constantly been the club’s top producing trainer. Zach’s success can be largely attributed to his ability to work with a wide variety of clients from all walks of life, and a wide range of ages and fitness levels. Some of Zach’s clients are as young as 15 and as old as 86 and as you can imagine have a diverse set of fitness challenges. He takes great pride in helping his clients reach their unique fitness goals no matter how simple or complex.
Zach recently has been promoted to Director of Personal training here at the West Seattle Health Club. We’re excited to tap into Zach’s knowledge of the local fitness scene as we try to expand our personal training services to our 5000 strong membership base.
