Cardio Barre

This class is super fun and not your usual barre experience. You’ll spend the first half of class at the barre – and your hips and glutes will be burning. The first thing you’ll do off the barre is 10-15 minutes of easy to follow (and easy to modify) cardio. The class ends with muscle conditioning, abs and a nice stretch.
