Swedish Massage: This is a type of full-body massage that is usually aimed at people who are new to massages or are sensitive to touch. Our Massage therapists use a combination of various techniques, such as deep circular motions, vibrations, tapping, join movement techniques, and long, flowing strokes to relax all muscles and joints.
Deep Tissue: Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage but applies more pressure. Our massage therapist applies deep finger pressure and uses slow strokes to access the deepest layers within your muscles and connective tissues, relieving them from tension. Deep tissue is highly recommended for people with issues such as muscle soreness and chronic muscle pain.
Sports Massage: This massage technique is for athletes of varied disciplines and fitness levels, with the purpose of preventing and treating injuries, enhancing performance, and improving flexibility. This massage manipulates the body’s soft tissues and focuses on specific areas.
ADD-ONS - Additional $15
Cupping: Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which our massage therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Cupping is useful for many purposes, including helping with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
Stretch: Stretch therapy encompasses a wide range of techniques, including foam rolling, massage, and active range of motion movements, in addition to traditional passive stretches. Stretch therapy assists in treating certain physical problems associated with tight muscles and restricted joints.
Hot Stone: This technique uses warm stones by placing them on specific points on the client's body. The therapist then applies pressure to the stones focusing on the client's muscles and joints. Aside from the traditional benefits of a massage, hot stone massage uses heat, which can speed up muscle relaxation.
Contrast: The combination of hot and cold stones by placing them on specific points of the clients' bodies. Our massage therapist applies pressure to the stones focusing on the clients' muscles and joints. Contrast therapy is very effective in reducing inflammation and congestion in isolated areas.
