  1. All PT packages and sessions are non-refundable if a cancellation request is not received within 3 business days of the purchase date.
  2. Personal trainers are subject to change.  Refunds will not be issued due to a personal trainer change.
  3. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all training sessions.  Members forfeit any session canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  4. All pt sessions will expire if not used within the time frame allotted based on the package size purchased.  (4 sessions - 30 days, 8 sessions - 60 days, 12 sessions - 90 days)
