Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines upper and lower body combinations such as jabs, hooks, uppercuts, front kicks, and sidekicks, with fast-paced cardio. Interval training with high-intensity exercises is also woven into the combinations. This high-energy workout challenges beginner and elite athletes alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
