The fluid, ballet like movements of Pilates improves strength, range of motion, circulation, and promotes a balanced, proportioned body like that of a ballet dancer. No shoes required. Dress in fitted or comfortable yoga-like attire for ease of movement in standing, seated, and lying postures.
