Pilates is an innovative, no impact exercise method that re-educates, re-patterns, realigns, and balances the body from the inside-out. The fluid, ballet like movements of Pilates improves strength, range of motion, circulation, and promotes a balanced, proportioned body like that of a ballet dancer. No shoes required. Dress in fitted or comfortable yoga-like attire for ease of movement in standing, seated, and lying postures.
