Power Hour

A high intensity group training session that offers the perfect mix of cardio, strength training, body weight and mobility. This class will be a mix of different and innovative exercises to constantly keep your body guessing. 60 minutes to build strength, endurance and power….not to mention fun music to keep you going!!!
