Swim Training Class is a structured one-hour coached swim workout with focus on building endurance, speed, strength, aerobic base and technique in the pool. Highly recommended for swimmers that enjoy lap swimming, masters’ classes, triathletes, open water swimming and anyone looking to strengthen their swim game. Class is designed for the intermediate-advanced swimmer.
