TRX Bootcamp
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously! In this 60 min class, you will focus on using the TRX to get a full-body workout both with strength and cardiovascular moves to get your heart rate up. Each class will be designed to promote muscular endurance and improve your cardio endurance. Classes will be on a rotating schedule of TRX Sweat or TRX Strong so that each class is different than the last. TRX Sweat will focus on more bodyweight movements and plyometrics, while the TRX Strong class will incorporate more weights and other equipment to build strength. Each class will be sure to deliver a caloric burn and leave your body guessing!
